“Rivendicazione dei diritti della donna” è ritenuta l’opera più importante della Wollstonecraft ed è uno dei primi scritti di filosofia femminista.

In this new episode of EquaMente we will read an excerpt from Mary Wollstonecraft‘s book “A Vindication of the Rights of Woman“.
The reading recommendation was proposed by Beatrice Arcuri, a student at the Liceo Classico Pitagora in Crotone.
Mary Wollstonecraft was a philosopher and writer with an intense and short life, as well as the mother of Mary Shelley.
“A Vindication of the Rights of Woman” is considered Wollstonecraft’s most important work and is one of the earliest writings of feminist philosophy.
